Details

Within this pilot study, we want to implement an eDNA protocol for muskrat detection at INBO. We will also see if it can eventually be used for large-scale deployment to manage this exotic species. We examine whether the obtained eDNA results provide accurate estimates of the size of the populations present, which can be very relevant info for more efficient control and evaluation of these actions.
