The Future Proef Award is an initiative of Duurzaam Educatiepunt (in Dutch)(opens in new window) (Departement of Environment, Flemish Government) in close collaboration with the Foundation for Future Generations(opens in new window) and the Flemish higher education institutions.

A working group, representing most of the higher education institutions, was responsible for developing the concept, evaluation criteria, and selection process and will continue to support the further implementation of this award.
