Step-by-step guide for registration
- Stap 1
This completed justification form is crucial for the selection process and includes, among other things, a summary of your final project and a text explaining why your final project deserves the Future Proef Award, based on the 3 assessment criteria.
Keep the assessment criteria (you can download the appropriate document here) handy while filling out the justification form: this will increase your chances of receiving an award. Take your time and make it something beautiful.
Save the form regularly on your own computer while working in it. When you’re finished, save your document as a PDF. Have this document ready when you begin STEP 2.
- Stap 2
If you are submitting a group project, fill in the name of the contact person for the entire group. You can also add the names of all students in your group in the form.
Your information will be passed on to your higher education institution. They will keep you informed about the progress of the preselection. By submitting the form, you also give your consent for the Department of Environment to share your data with your institution. These data will only be used in the context of the Future Proef Award.
Make sure that you have all the documents ready from steps 1 and 2, as you will need to upload them with the online registration form.
The registration form will be available here as of May 2025.
- Stap 3
You will receive a copy in your mailbox from the address you provided, which means we have received your registration.
Shortly after the registration deadline (October 8, 2024), you will receive a message from your institution with more information about the pre-selection.
Best of luck!
