Research into the management of Invasive Alien Species
Details
Under European Regulation 1143/2014, which entered into force on 1 January 2015, Member States are required to establish a monitoring system to monitor populations of potentially invasive species. This system should at least cover all species on the list of EU concern. In addition, it is also expected that control actions and the results of these actions on invasive alien species will be monitored and reported (Articles 15 and 17). This project responds to this by follow-up, registration, reporting of control actions and the scientific evaluation of their results.Status | Running |
