De Vlaamse Waterweg nv plans river interventions between Maaswinkel and Meeswijk. In a consortium with IMDC, AHA and INBO, De Vlaamse Waterweg nv wants to improve the layout for both flood safety and nature. An EIR will also be drawn up for the planned interventions. It concerns a limited assignment with some scenario ECODYN calculations within the intervention area in order to design the development plan as favourably as possible. This will allow us to optimally enhance existing nature such as the hardwood riparian forest 'Kraaienbos' and the Meeswijk - Maaswinkel nature reserve, while at the same time increasing flood safety.| Status | Running |
