Advice on PAS (programmatic approach to nitrogen)
Details
The PAS programme was drawn up to comply with the European Habitat Directive. This obliges European member states to actively protect and restore the natural areas that are part of the Pan-European Natura 2000 network, with the general objective of preserving or restoring habitats and protecting species. Nitrogen deposition is one of the most important environmental pressures on the Natura 2000 network.Status | Running |
