‘Evaluation Framework Nature Report 2023’ provides an overview of the evaluation research methodology for NARA 2023. It describes the purpose of the research (chapter 1), the research questions (chapter 2), the phases of the research process (chapter 3), and the research variables (chapter 4). The appendices provide additional information on the qualitative research methods used and on the policy officers, scientific experts and (other) stakeholders the researchers worked with.
